Location: Wolverhampton, WV3 0NR
Contract: Long Term, Full Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Essential

We are looking for an inspiring and adaptable Secondary SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students across Key Stage 3 & 4 who require additional support with learning, behaviour, and emotional development.
You will play a vital role in helping young people rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve positive outcomes in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Role
- Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment
- Encourage emotional wellbeing, independence, and personal growth
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and pastoral teams
- Inspire students to achieve academically and socially
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to teaching
- Ability to adapt learning to meet individual student needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
