Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a secondary school setting?
We’re working with a number of secondary schools across Bristol that are seeking skilled and reliable support staff. Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or hoping to secure a longer-term or permanent role, we can help match you with schools that suit your experience and career goals.
This is a great opportunity for experienced TAs or HLTAs who are passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
-
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
-
Providing one-to-one or small group support to students
-
Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
-
Helping to support students with additional learning needs, including SEND/SEMH
-
For HLTA roles: leading small group activities or covering lessons when required
We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
-
Strong communication and classroom support skills
-
Confidence supporting students with a range of learning needs
-
A proactive and flexible approach to working in schools
-
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
