Job Title: RE Teacher (with PSHE)

Start Date: September 2025 (Full Academic Year)
Contract: Full-time / 1 year contract
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded school located close to central Birmingham, seeking a passionate and skilled Religious Education (RE) teacher to join their team from September 2025. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to teach some PSHE, supporting the school’s commitment to delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
Key Details:

Teach Religious Education across relevant key stages

Deliver PSHE lessons as part of the school’s personal development programme

Engage and inspire students with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm

Contribute to curriculum development and extra-curricular activities as required

Support the school’s ethos and values, promoting inclusivity and respect
About You:

Qualified teacher with a strong background in RE

Experience or willingness to teach PSHE is essential

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students

Committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
