RE Teacher QTS – Derbyshire
Daily Rate: £162 – £251
Start Date: September 2025 / Immediate Start Available
Are you a dedicated and reflective RE Teacher with a passion for exploring religion, ethics, and philosophy with young people? Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across Derbyshire looking to appoint a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Religious Education specialist to join their Humanities department.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, this is a fantastic opportunity to inspire thoughtful discussion and support pupils’ understanding of the world around them.
Role Highlights:
Teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 may be available depending on experience)
Contribute to a well-established Humanities department
Full-time and part-time positions available
Competitive daily rate of £162 – £251, paid weekly

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
✅ Experience teaching RE in UK secondary schools
✅ A reflective and inclusive approach to teaching
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
