Location: Crosby, Sefton
Start Date: 3rd September
Role: Reception Teacher
Contract: Full-time, long-term, until the end of the academic year

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Catholic Primary School to recruit a Reception Teacher to join their EYFS team from 3rd September. This is an exclusive vacancy that has just come in today (13th August).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years teacher who is looking for a long-term role within a welcoming primary school setting. The position has the potential to continue until the end of the academic year, making it ideal for someone who is looking for consistency, stability and the chance to make a real impact within a Reception class.

The Role

As the Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging and stimulating learning environment where pupils can thrive. You will deliver high-quality teaching across the EYFS curriculum, support pupils’ early development and work closely with support staff and the wider school team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status, QTS
  • Experience teaching within EYFS, ideally Reception
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A nurturing, patient and positive approach
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • A commitment to supporting every child’s learning and development
