We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school community in Blackpool from September 2026. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured RE lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
• Support pupils’ moral, spiritual, and cultural development
• Assess, track, and report on student progress
• Contribute to curriculum development within the Humanities department
• Participate in whole‑school pastoral responsibilities and enrichment activities
• Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and professional expectations

About You
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or be on track to achieve QTS by the start date
• Have strong subject knowledge in Religious Education
• Be committed to promoting tolerance, curiosity, and critical thinking
• Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Be driven, reflective, and eager to contribute to a supportive team
• Value the importance of inclusive learning and strong pastoral care
