About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking qualified and experienced HLTAs to work across a range of primary schools throughout Cambridge and the surrounding areas. We are looking for dedicated professionals who can deliver high-quality support to pupils and teachers, and who thrive in a dynamic school environment.

As an HLTA, you will:

• Provide targeted support to groups and individual pupils

• Lead lessons and deliver pre-planned sessions in the absence of the class teacher

• Assist with assessment, planning, and classroom management

• Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEN) where required

• Contribute to creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent Level 4/5 qualification)

• Experience working in UK schools (essential)

• A solid understanding of the national curriculum and classroom practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to travel to different school locations when required

• A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
