The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate QTS Qualified Teacher to join a range of supportive and forward-thinking secondary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop their practice in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage, challenge and inspire students, ensuring strong academic progress and positive learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL students
• Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to departmental planning and wider school life
• Build strong relationships with students, staff and parents

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge (any specialism considered)
• Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Committed to raising attainment and student outcomes
• Adaptable, proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Strong communication and organisational skills
