The Role
As a Psychology Graduate, you will:

Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
Work 1:1 and in small groups to improve engagement and behaviour
Assist teachers in delivering inclusive lessons
Help implement behaviour and intervention strategies
Gain exposure to SEN (Special Educational Needs), safeguarding, and pastoral care

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in Psychology or a related field
Is considering a career in educational psychology, teaching, counselling, or therapy
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
Experience with young people is desirable but not essential
