Primary Tutor – Shaw (OL2)

At TP Tutors, we believe every pupil deserves the chance to thrive. We are now looking for passionate and patient tutors in Shaw (OL2) to support primary-aged children with their learning outside of the classroom.

Many of our pupils need tailored 1:1 support due to missed education, SEND, or confidence issues. As a TP Tutor, you’ll deliver engaging sessions in Maths, English, and Phonics, helping children to close gaps, build confidence, and rediscover their love for learning. Sessions are held face-to-face, either in the pupil’s home or a local community setting.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience teaching or supporting pupils at primary level

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

• A flexible, supportive, and engaging approach

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

What we offer at TP Tutors:

• £25–£30 per hour, depending on experience

• Flexible weekday hours within the school day

• Weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella deductions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
