Primary Teachers and Cover Supervisors – Inspire Young Learners Across Lowestoft and Surrounding Areas
Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? Whether you're an experienced Primary Teacher or a confident Cover Supervisor, we'd love to hear from you.
We're working with welcoming primary schools across Lowestoft and the surrounding areas that value creativity, inclusivity, and the positive impact great teaching can have in the classroom. You'll play a vital role in nurturing curiosity, building confidence, and supporting pupils throughout their early learning journey.
Essential Requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role. Due to the variety of school locations across Lowestoft and the surrounding communities, you must be able to travel independently between settings.
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering or supervising engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
- Supporting pupils of all abilities to reach their academic and personal milestones.
- Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and a love of learning.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
- Creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

- Skilled at engaging young children and managing classroom routines effectively.
- Calm, patient, and nurturing in their approach.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
- Able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
