About the role
We are working closely with primary schools within the Macclesfield area to recruit dedicated Teachers starting in September.
We have a variety of teaching opportunities available, including day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements and potential permanent positions. This makes the role ideal for experienced teachers looking for flexibility, teachers seeking a new challenge, or ECTs looking to build their classroom experience.
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, inclusive and positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils
- Work with the TA to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Implement behaviour support strategies and individual learning plans
- Monitor pupil progress
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour management, and health & safety
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
About You:
We are looking for resilient, and proactive individuals who are passionate about teaching and supporting children to overcome barriers to learning. You will be able to build positive relationships, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping pupils succeed.
Essential Requirements:
- Hold a QTS or equivalent
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
- Enhanced DBS on the update system
- Right to work in the UK
- Patient, adaptable, and positive approach to supporting learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
