Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, paid to scale

The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an inspiring and committed Primary Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school where creativity, collaboration, and pupil wellbeing are at the centre of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Establish a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and provide constructive feedback
- Meet the individual needs of all pupils, including those with additional learning needs
- Promote high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s values and policies
- Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders to enhance learning outcomes
- Take an active role in school life, including events, trips, and extracurricular activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil development and wellbeing
- Contribute to safeguarding and the overall welfare of all pupils
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in a primary school setting (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
