Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher – Warrington

Start Date: Flexible / Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time (with flexible placement options)

We are currently working with a number of supportive and welcoming primary schools across Warrington who are seeking motivated Key Stage 1 Teachers for full-time, flexible opportunities. These roles are ideal for teachers who enjoy working with younger pupils and want the chance to experience a range of school environments while maintaining full-time hours.

This opportunity would suit both ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about early learning and keen to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Teaching pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 across a range of school settings.
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
  • Creating a nurturing and structured classroom environment.
  • Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
  • Monitoring progress and providing meaningful feedback
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families..

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to qualify.
  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Has experience within Key Stage 1 (including placements).
  • Is creative, enthusiastic and approachable.
  • Can quickly adapt to new classroom environments.
  • Has strong behaviour management and organisation skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
