Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Blackpool seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time maternity cover basis starting in January.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to join a supportive school community where staff are valued, pupils are eager to learn, and high-quality teaching is at the heart of everything they do. The school would welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The Role

• Full-time Primary Teacher position commencing in January
• Maternity cover opportunity for the remainder of the academic year
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passionate about supporting children's academic and personal development
• Able to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
