KS2 Primary Teacher – Full Academic Year
Location: Nantwich
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, full academic year (until July 2027)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Nantwich from September. This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community and make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive and well-structured classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring all learners reach their full potential
- Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities, including pupils with SEND and EAL
- Maintain strong behaviour management and promote a culture of respect and high expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils
- Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
