Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to join a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Nantwich from September. This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community and make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive and well-structured classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring all learners reach their full potential
• Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities, including pupils with SEND and EAL
• Maintain strong behaviour management and promote a culture of respect and high expectations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils
• Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
