About the Role

• Deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Year 4 / KS2 curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
• Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching and ongoing professional development

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally within Year 4
• Display confident behaviour management and a positive, proactive approach
• Adapt learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
• Possess a strong understanding of the national curriculum
• Be an effective communicator and a strong team player
• Confident in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
