Supply Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher – ASAP Start!
Wisbech, Cambridgeshire (and surrounding areas)
Immediate Start
Flexible Day-to-Day / Short-Term Assignments
Pay: £164–£171 per day (PAYE)
The Opportunity
We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers to support a number of welcoming secondary schools across the Wisbech, Cambridgeshire area. This role is ideal for those wanting to gain valuable classroom experience, or for Qualified Teachers looking for flexible, local work.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage behaviour effectively
- Support students across a variety of subjects
- Work with pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
- Be adaptable to both last-minute bookings and scheduled assignments across local schools
Ideal Candidates
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with young people (schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)
- Are confident in managing classroom behaviour
- Are flexible and comfortable covering different subjects
- Are a Cover Supervisor, aspiring teacher, or Fully Qualified Teacher
- Can easily travel to Wisbech and surrounding areas
