Job description

Are you an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher looking for a part-time opportunity in a supportive and well-regarded school?

We are currently seeking a confident and adaptable KS1 teacher to provide PPA cover two days per week at a local primary school. This role is available until the end of the summer term and offers the chance to work within a school that has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1, ensuring continuity of learning while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled teacher who enjoys variety and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

To be considered, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Be flexible, reliable, and committed to high-quality teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
