Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southampton to recruit a passionate and dedicated full-time Primary Teacher.

The Role
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs encouraged to apply)
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be committed to raising attainment and ensuring excellent outcomes for all pupils
- Show enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
