Job description

Primary Teacher – Supply & Long-Term Opportunities

Location: Poole and across Dorset
Contract: Flexible supply, short-term and long-term roles
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Looking for a teaching role that works for you?

Are you a Primary Teacher in Poole or the wider Dorset area looking for your next opportunity? Whether you love the flexibility of supply, fancy a change of scenery, or are ready to settle into a longer-term role, we’d love to chat!

We’re working with a range of welcoming primary schools in Poole and across Dorset who are looking for passionate, enthusiastic teachers to make a real difference in their classrooms.

We know that everyone is looking for something a little different. Perhaps you want to choose the days you work, explore different schools, find a better work-life balance, or secure a role where you can really get to know your pupils and become part of a school community.

With opportunities available across Poole and the wider Dorset area, we can help you explore roles that suit your preferences, experience and availability.

What could your next role look like?

  • Flexible supply: Enjoy the freedom to work around your own schedule while gaining experience in different schools across Dorset.
  • Short-term placements: Step into a classroom, support pupils and staff, and make a difference where you’re needed most.
  • Longer-term opportunities: Build relationships with pupils, get involved in school life and enjoy more consistency in a role that feels right for you.

A little about you

You’ll be a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow. You’ll enjoy creating engaging lessons, building relationships with pupils and bringing your own personality into the classroom.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about making a difference and is open to finding a role that suits them.

Why get in touch?

Finding the right teaching role isn’t just about the school or year group; it’s about finding somewhere you feel comfortable, supported and excited to go to work.

We’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for, talk through the opportunities available across Poole and Dorset, and help you find something that fits your experience, preferences and lifestyle. There’s no pressure to commit to a long-term position if flexible supply is more your thing!

Let’s have a chat!

If you’re a Primary Teacher in Poole or anywhere across Dorset and are curious about what’s out there, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re actively looking for your next role or simply keeping your options open, let’s have an informal chat about the opportunities available and what your next step could look like.

Your next great classroom could be just around the corner!
