Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)
Start Date: Ongoing / September Start Available
Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Primary Teacher to join supportive and welcoming schools within the Macclesfield area. This opportunity is ideal for experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are committed to inspiring and supporting children throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
• Differentiate learning to support varying abilities and needs
• Maintain effective classroom management in accordance with school policies
• Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and carers
• Participate in wider school activities and events where appropriate
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous primary teaching experience is desirable but not essential for ECTs
• Strong organisational and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
