Location: Lincoln and Surrounding Towns and Villages
Contract: Flexible (Day‑to‑day, Short‑term, Long‑term)
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing

Partnership: Working closely with Our Lady of Lourdes Multi-Academy Trust and additional Lincolnshire primary schools


About the Role

Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to support our growing network of schools across the Lincoln area. Through our established partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes MAT, as well as several other local primary schools, we can offer regular, high‑quality work to suit your availability and career goals.

Whether you prefer the flexibility of supply, the consistency of a long‑term post, or the chance to experience a range of school settings, we have roles ready for you.


What You’ll Need

✔ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
✔ Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
✔ A nurturing, positive approach to learning
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
