Primary Teacher – King's Lynn

Supply Bank is currently recruiting enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in King's Lynn and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are an experienced teacher seeking flexibility, an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience, or a teacher returning to education, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a variety of opportunities including daily supply, short-term cover, long-term placements, and permanent positions, allowing you to find work that suits your lifestyle and career aspirations.

Role Details

Position: Primary Teacher
Location: King's Lynn and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities available
Hours: Monday to Friday, term-time only
Contract Type: Flexible supply, short-term, long-term, full-time and part-time positions
Pay: Competitive rates dependent on experience, qualifications, and assignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
  • Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive learning attitudes.
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, school staff, and parents to support pupil achievement.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community when required.

About the Schools

Supply Bank partners with a variety of primary schools across King's Lynn, including mainstream schools, academies, and specialist provisions. Opportunities are available across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Our schools are seeking adaptable and committed teachers who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff while delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
  • Are adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • Have a sound understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices.
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
