Primary Teacher – Full-Time, Part-Time & Supply Roles
Location: Fareham
Start Date: September 2026
Primary schools across Fareham are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join their teams for full-time, part-time, and day-to-day supply roles, with immediate starts available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated teachers looking for flexible work or a longer-term position within supportive and welcoming school environments.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary age range
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- A passion for teaching and supporting pupil development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
