Primary Class Teacher – September 2026 Start

Location: North London - Enfield
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent via Temp-to-Perm (Permanent after 12 working weeks)
Salary: London Pay Scale
Suitable for: ECTs and Experienced Teachers

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join a warm, inclusive, and supportive primary school community this September. This role is ideal for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners who are committed to helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This is a full-time role with a temp-to-perm pathway, offering permanent employment after 12 successful working weeks.

About the Role

You will join a nurturing and collaborative team, likely teaching within Key Stage 1 (flexible for the right candidate). The ideal teacher will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
  • Inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute positively to a supportive, values-driven school environment
  • Maintain high expectations and a commitment to pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
