Position: Supply Primary Teacher

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Supply Primary Teacher to join our pool of educators in the Dorset & Bournemouth area. This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking flexible work, whether you're looking for short-term, long-term,or day-to-day supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across a variety of primary school subjects. 
- 
Adapt lesson plans according to the specific needs of the class and school environment. 
- 
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning atmosphere. 
- 
Collaborate with other staff and school leadership as required to maintain continuity of education. 
- 
Monitor and assess student progress where appropriate, providing feedback to students and staff. 
The Ideal Candidate:
- 
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 
- 
Experience teaching in primary education (Key Stage 1 & 2). 
- 
A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching with a passion for nurturing young learners. 
- 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- 
The ability to work independently and manage classrooms effectively. 
- 
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
