Primary Teacher Opportunity – Teaching Personnel (Boston & Surrounding Areas)

Location: Boston / Spalding / Surrounding Villages
Contract: Flexible (Day‑to‑day, Short‑term, Long‑term)
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Partnership: Working closely with Our Lady of Lourdes Multi‑Academy Trust and additional Lincolnshire primary schools


About the Role

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic, engaging and committed Primary Teachers to work across a range of schools in the Boston area. Through our strong collaboration with Our Lady of Lourdes MAT, as well as other trusted primary schools nearby, we can offer regular work, flexible options and a variety of roles suited to your teaching style and career goals.

Available opportunities include:

  • Day‑to‑day supply
  • Short‑term placements
  • Long‑term or fixed‑term roles
  • EYFS, KS1 or KS2 teaching positions

What You’ll Need

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
✔ A positive, supportive and engaging teaching approach
✔ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔ Reliability, adaptability and a passion for teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
