Full-Time Prep Teacher (Key Stage 1) – September Start
Location: Bracknell
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Prep Teacher (Key Stage 1) to join our team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to supporting pupils in their academic and personal development, particularly within Key Stage 1, and who thrives in a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum

Prepare pupils effectively for assessments and the transition to Key Stage 2

Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
-
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
-
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
-
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
-
Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning

Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
