A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Prep Teacher (Key Stage 1) to join our team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to supporting pupils in their academic and personal development, particularly within Key Stage 1, and who thrives in a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum

• Prepare pupils effectively for assessments and the transition to Key Stage 2

• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1

• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

• Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning

• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
