Job description

e are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Sandbach and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility or an Early Career Teacher seeking valuable classroom experience, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a variety of school settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We are working closely with a number of local primary schools who require reliable teachers for day-to-day cover, short-term assignments and longer-term placements. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The role will involve delivering engaging lessons, maintaining strong classroom management and ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the absence of their regular teacher.

The role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Follow school planning and adapt lessons where necessary
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Assess pupil understanding and provide feedback where required
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
  • Uphold safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
  • Can quickly adapt to different schools and classroom environments
  • Have strong behaviour management and organisational skills
  • Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility and reliability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
