Supply Teacher – Primary Schools
Romsey

Are you a qualified teacher based in and around the Romsey area?

We are working with a number of lovely, supportive primary schools across Romsey, including schools with strong SEN-focused environments and inclusive learning communities. This role is ideal for teachers seeking short-term or long-term work, a healthy work-life balance and the opportunity to make a real difference across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Role specifics

  • Providing high-quality teaching for day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply assignments
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons while adapting to the individual needs of pupils, including those with additional needs
  • Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils’ academic progress, confidence and wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively with school staff, SENCOs and support teams

What will you need for this role?

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching KS1 and/or KS2
  • A nurturing, adaptable and positive approach to teaching
  • Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs and SEN requirements
  • A Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
