Supply Teacher – Primary (EYFS to Year 6)
Organisation: Teaching Personnel
Locations: Plymouth, Launceston & Tavistock
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Plymouth, Launceston and Tavistock.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and those early in their career, offering flexible work and exposure to a variety of school settings.
The Role
- Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS through to Year 6
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Adapting to different school settings and year groups
- Following lesson plans and maintaining high teaching standards
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEN where required
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A confident and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible and reliable attitude
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
