If you're an experienced teacher who loves teaching but is looking for more flexibility, a better work-life balance, or a way to reduce the pressures of planning, marking and meetings, then supply teaching could be the perfect next step.

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to work on an ad hoc supply basis across a variety of friendly and welcoming primary schools throughout Bournemouth and Christchurch.

Whether you're looking to work one day a week or five, supply teaching allows you to continue doing what you do best while enjoying greater control over your schedule.

The Role

  • Day-to-day and short-term supply cover
  • Opportunities across a range of primary schools
  • Flexible working patterns to suit your availability
  • Ideally confident teaching across both KS1 and KS2
  • Deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support pupils with a range of learning and additional needs

We Are Looking For Teachers Who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
  • Are confident managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Have a good understanding of SEN and inclusive teaching practices
  • Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to obtain one)
  • Are reliable, professional and adaptable

What We Offer

  • Competitive daily rates of £120 - £140 per day
  • Complete flexibility to choose when and where you work
  • Opportunities to experience a variety of school settings
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
  • A fantastic opportunity to maintain your teaching career without the demands of a full-time position

If you've been considering stepping away from full-time teaching but still want to inspire young learners, we'd love to hear from you.

Join our growing network of supply teachers and rediscover the joy of teaching on your terms.
