Primary Supply Teacher – Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde

Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Flexible (Short-term, Long-term & Day-to-Day Supply)
Salary: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

About the Opportunity:

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a wide network of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Blackpool, Wyre, and Fylde, and we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team from September 2026.

Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience or an experienced teacher seeking flexibility and work-life balance, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your needs.

The Role:

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Adapt quickly to new school environments and classroom settings
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
  • Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff

Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to long-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Adaptability, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Passion for supporting children’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
