EYFS, KS1 & KS2 Opportunities

Day-to-Day & Long-Term Roles | Immediate Starts Available

Pay Rate: £120 - £232.56 per day (DOE)

Are you a passionate teacher looking for flexible supply work or a long-term teaching opportunity in the Widnes area?

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Primary Teachers to support a growing number of partner schools across Widnes. As demand for supply staff continues to increase, we have a range of opportunities available for teachers seeking either day-to-day flexibility or long-term placements, with positions available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs) who are eager to make a positive impact in local schools.

The Role

Depending on your experience and preferences, responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
  • Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND
  • Working collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers

We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
