Job Advert: Primary School Supply Teachers – Flexible Work
Location: East Lancashire

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic Primary School Supply Teachers to work on a flexible, ad hoc basis across a range of schools in East Lancashire.

This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who are looking for flexibility in their working week, whether you’re balancing other commitments, returning to the classroom, or simply prefer the variety that supply work offers.

We work closely with a large number of partner primary schools across the area and, as a market leader in education recruitment, we are able to offer regular opportunities in a wide range of settings.

About the Role

You will be delivering pre-set work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, ensuring children remain engaged and learning continues in the absence of their usual teacher. Roles can vary from day-to-day cover through to short-term placements.

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Are confident working across the primary age range
  • Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
  • Are adaptable, reliable and organised
  • Have good behaviour management skills
  • Are willing to travel within the East Lancashire area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
