PMLD Support Assistant – South Leeds
Salary: £90 – £105 per day
Contract: Full-time & Part-time | Temp-to-Perm | Various contracts available
Location: South Leeds

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)?
We are looking for caring, patient and adaptable individuals to join our team of dedicated support staff in schools across South Leeds.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with PMLD.

  • Assist with personal care, mobility and communication needs.

  • Support learning activities, therapies, and sensory-based education.

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet individual needs.

  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children or adults with SEND/PMLD is essential.
