PE Teacher – Secondary School – Yeovil
Start Date: September

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic PE Teacher looking for a new opportunity?

A thriving secondary school in Yeovil is seeking to appoint a motivated and inspiring PE Teacher to join their dedicated team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is committed to promoting a love of sport, fitness, and healthy lifestyles while helping students achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons, encouraging participation, developing skills, and inspiring students of all abilities.

The role includes:

  • Teaching PE across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with Key Stage 5 experience desirable)

  • Planning and delivering high-quality practical and theoretical lessons

  • Encouraging student participation, teamwork, and personal development

  • Supporting extracurricular sports clubs and school teams

  • Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

We are looking for someone who:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
