Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teachers to work across a number of our partner secondary schools in the Exeter area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified PE Teacher looking for variety, flexibility and the chance to gain experience across different school environments. You will have the opportunity to work with pupils of varying abilities and contribute to engaging, inclusive and enjoyable PE lessons.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Work across a number of secondary schools in the Exeter area.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage participation and progress.
- Support pupils in developing their physical skills, confidence and teamwork.
- Maintain positive classroom and behaviour management.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership teams.
- Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- A degree or relevant qualification in PE/Sports.
- Experience teaching PE within a secondary school environment.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Passionate about sport, physical education and supporting young people.
- Adaptable and confident working across different school settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
