PE Teacher – Full Time – Bournemouth – September Start
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a well-established mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth from September.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right teacher. The school has a strong reputation locally and is known for its supportive leadership team, positive working environment and commitment to helping both students and staff thrive.
The successful candidate will join a welcoming PE department that places a real emphasis on participation, achievement and promoting healthy, active lifestyles. Whether delivering practical lessons, supporting extracurricular sport or encouraging students to build confidence through physical education, you'll play an important role in school life.
The school is looking for someone who can inspire students of all abilities, build positive relationships and create lessons that are engaging, inclusive and enjoyable.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching PE within a UK secondary school
- Be confident teaching practical and theory lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be passionate about encouraging participation and helping young people reach their potential
- Be keen to become part of the wider school community, including extracurricular activities where possible

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
