About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Physical Education Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in the Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, and Newbury areas. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified PE teachers who are looking for flexible work, varied school environments, and the chance to make a positive impact on students’ physical education and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Promote participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles among students.

Adapt lesson delivery to suit different school settings and abilities.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

Ensure a safe environment during physical activities and sports sessions.
Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Specialism or strong experience in Physical Education.

Ability to teach a variety of sports and physical activities.
-
Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
