Art Teacher (Part-Time) – Secondary School
Location: Lytham St Annes
Contract: Part-Time (Monday–Wednesday)
Start Date: September 2026
We are delighted to be recruiting for a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Lytham St Annes from September. This part-time role (Monday to Wednesday) offers an excellent opportunity to inspire students and nurture a love of art within a supportive and well-resourced environment.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan, prepare, and assess creative and inspiring lessons
- Encourage students to explore a range of artistic techniques and mediums
- Maintain a positive classroom environment with effective behaviour management
- Support the wider school community, including displays and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design
- The ability to inspire creativity and enthusiasm in students
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
