Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (Full-time / flexible opportunities available)

About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team, supporting a range of nurseries across Bournemouth. This is a great opportunity for practitioners who enjoy variety in their work and are confident adapting to different nursery settings while maintaining high standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5
  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
  • Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and activities
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress where required
  • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A flexible and reliable approach to working across different locations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
