Flexible Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Immediate Start Available - (8am - 6pm with an hour lunch break)

Are you a caring, energetic, and reliable Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work across Bournemouth?

We are currently recruiting passionate early years professionals to support a range of friendly and welcoming nurseries across the Bournemouth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in different settings while making a positive impact on children’s early development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 with learning and development activities
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Assisting with daily routines including meals, playtime, and personal care
  • Encouraging social, emotional, and educational development through play
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

We Are Looking For:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (preferred)
  • Previous nursery or early years experience
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
