Teaching Personnel are growing our team of Nursery Assistants and Early Years Practitioners ahead of September to support schools and Early Years settings across the Redruth area.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but your role may include:

  • Supporting children within Nursery and Reception settings
  • Delivering engaging play-based activities
  • Encouraging communication, confidence, and independence
  • Working with children individually and in small groups
  • Supporting children's social and emotional development
  • Creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment

You'll play a key role in helping children develop the skills they need to thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
