Nursery Assistants – Brighton & Hove
Full-Time | Part-Time | Bank Staff | Flexible Work

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Assistants to join our teams across Brighton & Hove. Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time, or bank work, we offer flexible opportunities to suit your availability.

Pay: £13.75 – £16.14 per hour
Hours: Flexible between 7:45am – 6:00pm (and anything in between)

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll support children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners to deliver high-quality care and positive early years experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working within nursery or early years settings

  • Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week

  • Flexibility to work across the nursery day (7:45am–6:00pm)

  • A caring, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills

  • Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
