Nursery Practitioners Needed – Brighton

Brighton | Flexible, Long-Term & Permanent Roles Available | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for flexibility, stability, or your next long-term opportunity in Brighton? We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable childcare professionals to join a variety of fantastic early years settings across Brighton.

Whether you’re looking for flexible ad hoc/bank work to fit around your lifestyle, or seeking a longer-term or permanent position, we have opportunities to suit you.

Roles Available

  • Flexible ad hoc and bank staff positions

  • Part-time and full-time hours

  • Long-term placements

  • Permanent roles

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (essential)

  • A sound understanding of child development

  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework (desirable)

  • A positive, nurturing and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications are desirable for many roles, but we also welcome experienced practitioners without formal qualifications for certain positions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
