What will you be doing?

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in creating a happy, safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children across the EYFS
• Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting children’s social, emotional and educational development
• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
• Supporting children with their individual needs and development
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive nursery team
• Following safeguarding and nursery policies at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare is desirable
• Previous nursery or childcare experience
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic personality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a professional attitude
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
