Flexible Supply & Long-Term Roles | January Start | Secondary Schools Across Plymouth
Are you a passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher looking for flexible work or a new long-term opportunity in Plymouth? Teaching Personnel is working closely with secondary schools across the city and is seeking enthusiastic French, Spanish, and German teachers to join our supply and long-term teaching pool from January.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), or experienced MFL specialists who are committed to inspiring students and promoting a love of languages.
About the Role
As a Modern Languages Teacher, you will:

Teach French, Spanish, and/or German across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
-
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
-
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
-
Work collaboratively with language departments and school staff
About You
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECTs welcome)

Strong subject knowledge in French, Spanish, and/or German

Ability to inspire and motivate learners of varying abilities

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic
-
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
