MFL Teacher (French & Spanish) – Newcastle
Start Date: June 2026
Pay: £130–£251 per day (Dependent on Experience)
Contract: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time)
We’re working with welcoming and well-supported secondary schools across Newcastle, who are looking for a talented MFL Teacher to join them from June 2026. What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Creating a classroom environment where students feel confident to communicate
- Adapting lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning styles
- Encouraging cultural awareness alongside language learning
- Contributing positively to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
- QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Experience teaching MFL at secondary level
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management
- A genuine enthusiasm for languages and student progress
- A flexible, can-do attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
